SureDone Partners with ShipEngine to Include Integrated Shipping Services

SureDone, a leading multichannel e-commerce listing and order management platform that helps e-commerce sellers increase efficiency and sales, has partnered with ShipEngine to add numerous in-app features, such as integrated shipping label creation and in-app rate display, improving seller productivity and decreasing seller costs.

"We're always looking for ways to help sellers improve profitability in today's competitive multichannel e-commerce landscape," said Chris Labatt-Simon, Executive Vice President at SureDone. "Lowering seller costs, reducing the need for additional third party systems, and reducing the time it takes to ship were high on our list when selecting ShipEngine as an integrated partner."

ShipEngine features have been directly integrated into the recently released SureDone 3.0 platform. New capabilities include enhanced address validation, full support for creating UPS, FedEx and USPS labels from inside the SureDone Orders Module and the ability to connect existing carrier accounts to the SureDone Shipping Module.

"SureDone is committed to helping its users succeed through its comprehensive e-commerce platform, and shipping and delivery is a critical part of the sales process," said Tony Capasso, General Manager at ShipEngine. "ShipEngine APIs enable users to quickly solve their logistics problems so they can focus their attention on what really matters today--innovating at the speed of Retail."

"SureDone continues to innovate and find new approaches to solve complex seller problems," commented Jason Nadaf, SureDone CEO and Founder. "Partnerships, such as this one with ShipEngine, allow us to integrate best of class solutions into our comprehensive and extensible e-commerce platform while improving our sellers' ability to drive additional profit and give them time back to focus on revenue generation."
