As the unemployment rate continues to drop, it's becoming even harder to identify and develop talent in the supply chain. A recent paper by Charles Dominick summarized on the Sourcing Innovation site looks at 'traditional' talent management in the procurement arena and discusses why a different approach may make more sense.
