eSourcing Adoption Questions
In a Spend Matters article, Jeff Gilkerson from the Hackett Group looks at eSourcing tools and wonders why adoption and usage is so low. There's a lot involved in implementing such tools and processes, and the short answer to the adoption question seems to be that change is difficult.
