Amazon, one of the most prominent names in ecommerce, has taken a step toward becoming an omnichannel presence by opening a brick & mortar location. It's not all that surprising, but what's a bit disconcerting is how closely their store resembles those belonging to companies who Amazon effectively drove out of business.
