IBM's New Automotive Connectivity Approach
Remember Covisint? If you're of a certain age and had anything to do with supplying the automotive sector back in the early part of the 21st century, you may recall fondly (well, maybe not fondly...) the electronic exchange for auto suppliers.
In a new twist on the approach, IBM is partnering with some Indian automotive industry associates to build connections between all suppliers and manufacturers. They claim it's not son-of-Covisint, and that's a good thing. Check out the story in Supply Chain Digest HERE.
