How Legos Meets Holiday Demand

I don't know about you, but after buying, gifting, and assembling Legos over the holidays (as well as picking them out of my bare feet after stepping on various pieces) I'd find it interesting to know what's involved in manufacturing them and making sure they're on the shelf for the buying season.
