The $12 billion-dollar ITES-3S vehicle replaces ITES-2S and provides for five base years and four individual option years, for a total of nine years if all options are exercised. Services issued under this indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract include nearly all areas of enterprise IT including cybersecurity, integration, consolidation, telecommunications, operation and maintenance, business process engineering, and education and training.
