According to Forbes, the fashion supply chain can increase traceability with the use of artificial intelligence. 

Call it an example of the government stepping in to do the will of the people. As we speak, the European Commission is working to implement its Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) program, which, when it becomes law, will require companies to calculate and disclose the environmental impact of their products by tracing their origins through supply chains.

According to WWD, supply chain tech company Silq has raised $17 million in funding for expansion. 

With an eye on expanding its global footprint of manufacturer partners as well as strengthening its team and platform capabilities, supply chain technology company Silq said it has raised $17.6 million in Series A funding.
