Ernst & Young (EY), ConsenSys and Microsoft are coming together to form a protocol which aims to make Ethereum ‘safe and effective’ for enterprise usage.

New Micro Tracking Devices

"This is a macro of a silicon wafer. Each square is a chip with microscopic transistors and circuits. Ordinarily, wafers like these are diced into their individual chips and the chips go into the processors that power our computers.\r\nSometimes, wafers have flaws and the manufacturers dispose of them instead. That\u2019s how I got mine. After visiting the tech museums in Silicon Valley, I was amazed at the beauty of silicon wafers, so I started collecting and photographing them.\r\nLike fractals and flowers, the closer you get to them, the more amazing details there are to see."

According to MIT News, researchers are working on a new micro tracking chip that could help deter counterfeiting.

To combat supply chain counterfeiting, which can cost companies billions of dollars annually, MIT researchers have invented a cryptographic ID tag that’s small enough to fit on virtually any product and verify its authenticity.

Supply Chains Look to the Circular Economy

According to Supply and Demand Chain Executive, the focus for supply chain leaders is the investment in circular economy strategies. 

Seventy percent of supply chain leaders are planning to invest in the circular economy in the next 18 months, according to a recent survey by Gartner, Inc. However, only 12% of those have linked their digital and circular economy strategies so far.
