GM Changes Approach to Risk Mitigation

When you consider risk management for supply chains, it can be helpful to learn how the big automotive manufacturers view the problem. The well-publicized issues related to the tsunami in Japan in 2011 caused GM to take a more focused look at their plans and the car-maker found them lacking.
