According to Dev Discourse, the pandemic has exposed critical problems with the healthcare supply chain.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced governments to acknowledge the unpleasant problems with healthcare supply chains as many countries, including the richest ones on the planet, were battered with shortages of critical pharmaceuticals and medical supplies needed to fight back against the outbreak.

The FDA is working to update dn protect the nation's food supply chain, reports Supermarket News. 

The Food & Drug Administration today unveiled the New Era of Smarter Food Safety, a strategic blueprint to bolster protection of the nation’s food supply that builds on the nearly decade-old Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

According to the World Economic Forum, while it is critical to find a vaccine for the coronavirus, it is equally important to have a global distribution network in place to deliver the vaccine. 

Finding a coronavirus vaccine is key, but finding a way to distribute it on a global scale will be equally crucial.
